Cookie Kelly
My name is Kelly Mecker, but I am also known as Cookie Kelly, mainly among bands. I discovered my love for baking at a young age. At age 21, I started bringing cookies to concerts knowing that many musicians lacked good homemade food when on the road. Plus, who doesn’t like cookies?!
My packaging went from tupperware to labeled pink pastry boxes with custom guitar picks inside. I’ve slowed down in my 30’s, but there are still bands who look forward to those pink boxes. And some who still think I’m crazy.
